I always provides a free interview, usually at a coffee shop between us.
The Birth Package:
Unlimited phone, text, email support from the moment you hire me
Two prenatal meetings, in your home. We discuss your excitements, fears, wishes, strengths, weaknesses, etc. It tends to be a conversation where more questions arise. We'll do comfort measures around your home to help you labor at home as long as you need.
Guidance in developing your birth plan
24/7 on-call availability, from week 38 onward. (That being said, I'm still your doula if you go into labor earlier than week 38, I will do all I can to support you.)
I do take pictures with my phone, unless specifically told not to. I can use your phone or your camera as well. I'll share them with you through google afterward and they are yours to have. However, I am partnered with both a birth photographer and a placenta encapsulator, so if you are looking for either of those, I got you covered.
Continuous in-person support within 2 hours of you requesting my presence, through the delivery of your baby and up to 2 hours afterward
Help with initial latch/breastfeeding
Continued on-call support after the birth, it truly does take a village
At least one postpartum meeting in your home within the first 2 weeks of arriving home from your place of birth
Guaranteed backup support at your birth if, on the rare occasion, that I can not be there
Recommendations and referrals for services for postpartum care
I go where you want to birth and can work in hospitals, birth centers, your own home. A forest, if you choose. The side of the road, if that happens.
$800 Your investment is paid in two increments, the first half goes toward pre/postnatal support and is due at our first meeting, the remainder goes toward in-person birth support and is due at the second meeting. If the amount is an issue, please feel free to ask questions, I am willing to discuss.
